Use the service at your own responsibility in accordance with applicable laws and these terms. No registration or paid contract is required.

Do not place excessive load on the service, scrape or republish its content without permission, impersonate a certification body or Path & Pass, or infringe another person's rights.
4. Intellectual property
Rights in text, questions, UI, and logos created by Path & Pass belong to the operator unless otherwise stated. Certification names and trademarks belong to their owners.
5. Study records
Practice history is stored in the browser on the device. There is no cross-device sync or cloud backup, so export records when needed.

Content is for study reference and does not guarantee an official exam result, exam content, or certification. Check each certification body's official site for current information.
7. External services and links
The operator is not responsible for external site content, terms, or outages. The linked site's terms and privacy policy apply there.
8. Changes and suspension
